The energy and shifts happening this week really took a toll on me like never before.
A couple of days before the Libra Full Moon — also known as the Pink Full Moon — I started feeling off, energetically low.
Things weren’t going the way they should. More challenges kept getting added onto my plate, like I didn’t already have enough to deal with.
Then on the morning of the Pink Moon, I felt completely drained. And of course, my monthly visitor decided to show up two days early.
I felt completely exhausted with the 100 tabs open in my head.
All I could do was stay in bed. I was starting to feel sick — my head was hurting, I felt dizzy. I did manage to do some breath work and meditation in the afternoon before it all hit me.
While I was resting, I was just watching random YouTube videos that popped up in my recommendations. One of them was from a tarot reader I follow — she had just released a Pink Moon collective reading.
She kept mentioning release.
Releasing what doesn’t serve you.
Releasing control.
Releasing expectations.
And right before she ended the video, she said something that really hit me:
“If you bleed during a full moon, that’s your body releasing it all internally.”
So of course, I had to Google it.
And… she was right.
Apparently, bleeding during a full moon can symbolise closing cycles, letting go of limiting patterns, and deep emotional release. It’s even referred to as a “Red Moon Cycle.”
And that made me realise something.
I thought I had done the work on myself… but if I’m being honest, I’ve never truly released control or surrendered my expectations in the situations I’m currently dealing with.
Instead, I pushed harder.
Worked harder.
Worried more.
Slept less.
I’ve been dealing with so much anxiety and stress that I barely gave myself space to actually take care of myself.
I even had four pimples appearing on my face at once and that has never happened before.
That’s how bad the last few weeks been.
Just pushing and completely neglected myself
So with the Libra Full Moon — an energy that’s all about balance and justice — it forced me to do what I couldn’t do on my own.
It was time to bring balance back into my life.
My emotions were all over the place. I was drained, lying in bed, just asking myself…
Why?
Why am I not seeing any changes?
Why am I not seeing any improvements?
I’ve been giving more than 100% in everything I do, but nothing seems to be moving.
I focused on myself last year. I invested so much into preparing for this year… and yet, I’m not seeing anything come into fruition.
I needed answers.
So with that, I decided to talk to my Spirit guides. I went through my collection of decks and picked out the ones that felt right for the situation.
And these were the messages I received:
💫 To Show You the Strength of Your Spirit
💫 I don’t have to earn REST… I already DESERVE it.
💫 Am I getting Rest to Restore My Energy & Fully Show Up to My Life?
With that, it became clear what Spirit was telling me — and what I have NOT been doing.
Rest.
That’s what I needed to do during this big energy shift with the Pink Moon. To turn my focus back to myself. To release everything I’ve been carrying.
To trust that whatever I’ve been going through is coming to an end.
Some would call it closing out karmic cycles, paying off debts… and now being called to release everything I’ve been holding onto internally, so I can rest, reset, and be ready for the next chapter.
Then another message came through on my phone screen at 12:22am (2nd April):
“Trust the journey.”
So that’s what I have to do.
It’s been weeks of staying up till 4–5am working on building Divinely Aligned — and even on days when I finished everything, I still couldn’t sleep earlier than that.
After I did that reading… I dozed off around 1am with the TV still running.
But…
I woke up at 3:33am.
Not even kidding. I checked my phone — that was the exact time.
I felt a little refreshed, not sleepy enough to go back to bed immediately.
So I ended up watching YouTube videos, and the first one that caught my attention was a cover of “This I Promise You” by Music Travel Love.
Amazing cover of the song by the way!
I’ve heard of them way back when they were part of The Moffatts.
And after that, I just kept going…more love song covers they’ve done.
Then NSYNC’s music videos.
It was pure nostalgia.
It felt so strange waking up with the urge to listen to music I hadn’t heard in so long — and all of it centred around love.
And I kept replaying MTL’s “This I Promise You” and “Perfect” covers over and over again.
Still doing it today.
Not on repeat though, just keep going back to them.
When it comes to love songs, these are still my two favourites of all time.
Oh — and as I’m writing this…
that exact “Perfect” cover just showed up on my screen again as I’m playing from a playlist.
I’m not even kidding.
So, I finally tired myself out around 6am and went back to sleep.
As I closed my eyes, tears just started coming through. I was like, “what is happening?” I wasn’t even feeling any sort of emotions… I’m just trying to go back to sleep but the tears were there.
Also… I had a dream. I couldn’t fully remember it when I woke up — just bits and pieces. It felt a little confusing, but somehow it all made sense in its own way.
I’ll just have to wait and see how it all unfolds.
But I guess this is what some would call purging, an ascension — an inner union, or even a union in the 5D.
All part of the spiritual journey.
An interesting experience… and honestly, an exhausting one.
I am still exhausted, drained, and feeling low and right now it’s 2:33am on 3rd April 2026 as I’m writing this.
Also…
While I’ve been writing this, my phone flashed another message:
“Practice what you preach.”
And this is hitting me right now.
Because I’ve been putting out advice about releasing and not controlling outcomes… yet that’s exactly the one thing I’ve been struggling to do myself.
To fully surrender.
To be patient.
To trust divine timing.
But… in my defence… I have zero patience.
I don’t like the idea of sitting around waiting for something to happen or for things to work themselves out.
It’s why I’ve never liked when people talk about divine timing to me… and why I try not to lean too much into that when I’m giving advice to others.
Someone once said it’s easier to give advice when it’s not your situation. But when you’re in it… you don’t apply that same advice.
I’m sure some of you know what I’m talking about.
Because we’ve all done it.
Let me know in the comments if you have — and what advice you’ve given others that you didn’t apply to yourself.
And also… have you felt anything during this Libra Full Moon?
Any shifts?
Any sudden urges to do something you haven’t done in a while?
I’d love to hear your experience.
So I guess this Libra Full Moon is starting off by bringing balance within me first… before bringing balance into the other situations in my life.
It came in to make me pause.
To slow down.
To rest.
To let go of everything I’ve been holding onto so tightly.
Not everything needs to be figured out right away.
Not everything needs to be controlled.
Some things just need to be felt… and allowed to unfold in their own time.
And maybe that’s the balance I’ve been searching for all along.
Surrender it into the night &
let the night hold what you can’t right now…
the universe is listening.
With love,
Priscilla ✨
